Dance und Yoga Retreat mit der Tänzerin, Choreografin und Bewegungsanalytikerin Dr. Rajyashree Ramesh. Dr. Ramesh ist die Begründerin der Fascia Natya und der Core Concepts Body Work, die sowohl für professionelle Tänzer wie auch an Yogalehrende und Yoga Praktizierende eine große Bereicherung des eigenen Repertoires, der inneren und äußeren Beweglichkeit und Ausdruckskraft, so wie der Regeneration und der Kräftigung des Körpers darstellt!
Retreat programme:
1) Daily Movement Sessions:
7 days, 90-minutes each
Open to all.
These sessions are designed to tap one’s movement potential in the best possible and effective way. Based on an integrated methodology that draws from daily movements, dance, yoga, movement studies and fascia research, they are suitable for movement practitioners as well as novices.
2) Daily Morning Yoga Sessions:
7 days, 60 minutes each
Open to all.
These sessions are based on the special movement-analytic and fascia methodology developed by Dr. Rajyashree Ramesh.
3) Daily dance sessions – Bharatanatyam:
5-7 days, varied duration (60 – 90 minutes).
Level-specific sessions based on assessment of prior training. Short choreographies will be put together from the learnings.
4) Introduction to FasciaNatya Methodology:
3-5 days, 60 minutes each
Open to all.
FasciaNatya is a methodology developed by Dr. Rajyashree Ramesh. It traces the movement mechanisms in Indian corporeal disciplines such as dance and yoga from a movement-analytic and fascia research perspective on the moving body.
5) Evening Musings:
Music, story-time, presentations of learnings and more. Interactive sessions. All are welcome to participate/contribute.
Note: You can register for more than one session. Daily yoga and/or movement sessions are recommended for all.
